Welcome to Hoteline! Here, we are committed to make online hotel bookings a smooth and easy process, hence kindly read through our Terms and Conditions prior to making your bookings. By using this site (http://www.hoteline.travel) for booking, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. Hoteline may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this site to ensure a pleasant hotel booking experience. You are encouraged to print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records by using the print functionality in your browser. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not access the site or use the Program.

 

GENERAL POLICY

Hoteline will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, delay or irregularities whether to person or property that arise from the performance or use of this website, or from any services, products or information provided by Hoteline.com.

Hoteline will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage derived from third party use of the Hoteline.com website, or from the incorrect use of the Hoteline.com website.

 

BOOKING POLICY

The products which we show prices on the system can be selected and booked. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made if there is any error or fraud on the credit card information.

Member/ Agent is allowed to access their dashboard to view this booking or print voucher anytime.

 

ROOM RESERVATION

All prices stated are in the Malaysian Currency, Ringgit Malaysia.

Start from 1st April 2015, rooms are subjected to 6% GST for hotel in Malaysia (Except Langkawi & Labuan).

Currency exchange rates generally change on daily basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. Hoteline reserves the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

All prices on the website are for per room per night, and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.

Hoteline will confirm online reservations within 6-24 business hours after acquiring the guests' credit card details (Cardholder's name, card number & card expiry date). Upon receiving confirmation from the hotel, we will send an E-Confirmation Slip to you via email. The guest will have to take a printout of this confirmation slip detailing the booking details and produce it at the hotel reception when checking in.

 

PAYMENT (MEMBER)

Payment will be paid in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) using credit cards. The currency and amount you see displayed on the final booking page is the amount will be charged to your credit card. Please note that your bank may impose additional fees on the transaction, over which Hoteline has no control. Please make sure your credit card information is valid before proceed the transaction.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guarantee booking is non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified, Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy). Unless stated otherwise above, cancellations received prior to the period(s) or date(s) mentioned above will incur a processing fee equivalent to MYR 35 (per booking), dependent on the chosen currency and exchange rate at time of booking.

Some hotels will not accept bookings made by nationals of the same country as the hotel's location. This is because the special rates displayed on our site, especially for some hotels in Asia, are often valid only for overseas tourists, and not for local nationals. This is a policy imposed by hotels in these countries or not by our company. However, we may be able to book the requested hotel for you at the hotel's standard price or a local resident’s rate. Please contact our customer service agents for further details.

Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert HOTELINE in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.

 

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments, or early check-out will be credited to your card within 10 business days.
