Welcome to Hoteline! Here, we are committed to make online hotel bookings a smooth and easy process hence kindly read through our terms and conditions prior to making your bookings. We reserve the right to amend, revise or modify the terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion without any prior notice, and such amended, revised or modified terms and conditions shall be effective upon their publication on this site. By making or effecting bookings via this site, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Booking Policy
Hoteline reserves the right not to accept any booking or user at our sole discretion and for any cause without providing any reasons for the decline / refusal.
In order to process your booking request, you are required to provide details of the traveller(s) according to their passport(s) and furnish us with additional information request (if any). Failure to furnish the information required will render the booking to be cancelled or void.
Your bookings are not considered confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us. All booking requests once processed and confirmed are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and payments made are non-refundable.
Member/ Agent are allowed to access to view their bookings or print the hotel vouchers at any time.
Pricing
All prices on this site are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (“RM”), unless otherwise specifically denoted.
Prices shown on this site may vary depending on the availability of the products and/or services and subject to updates from time to time. Available prices may also include taxes and other charges.
Modification, Cancellation and Refund
Any request for changes or cancellation shall be subject to hotel’s terms and conditions. Some hotels may impose charges for the request and you hereby agree to pay any such charges as may be imposed by hotel.
Guaranteed booking is non-refundable and cannot be amended, revised or modified, Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (hotel policy).
Some hotels will not accept bookings made by nationals of the same country as the hotel's location. This is because the special rates displayed on our site, especially for some hotels in Asia, are often valid only for overseas tourists, and not for local nationals. This is a policy imposed by hotels in these countries or not by our company.
Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you do not check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert Hoteline in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Hoteline shall not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, delay or irregularities whether to person or property that arise from the performance or use of this site, or from any services, products or information provided by Hoteline.
Hoteline shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage derived from third party use this site, or from the incorrect use of this site.
